This page within my blog will be dedicated to three topics: exercise, proper nutrition, and rest. Believe it or not, all of these things have an impact on your natural hair journey as well! One of my goals is to live to be 100 years old AND in good health (thus the title Journey to 100 - I am NOT trying to get down to 100 lbs)! Now there is certain portion of that which is in God's hands, and there is a certain portion of that which is in MINE. In order to achieve this goal, I must keep my temple healthy through proper nutrition and exercise. One of the things that I've noticed about my natural hair journey is that journaling my process has kept me a lot more accountable to myself because I knew YOU were reading my blog. I'm hoping that it will have the same impact on me from a health perspective. I've gotten sorta lax about my exercise so I will be journaling about it for the forseeable future.
