This is just a short post to show my hair for this week. It is another perm rod set. I used more rollers than before to get more curls all over. My plan is to tie my hair down with a satin scarf and hopefully the curls will maintain (fingers & toes crossed).
I've been thinking about trying this style. Did you use end papers, and if so, what kind? Did you use setting lotion and a leave-in, and did you let them air dry or dried them with a hood dryer? I know. So many questions! "-)
ReplyDelete@ Chicago Chica - Here are the answers you were looking for. 1. No I didn't use end papers. I detangled each section with my detangling comb & pulled my hair taught, smoothing the hair, ends first around the roller. 2. I used the Kimmaytube leave-in (she's on Youtube) with Giovanni Direct Leave-in as my creamy base. I used Jane Carter's Wrap & Roll solution as my setting lotion. 3. I sat under a hooded dryer for 40 minutes for my hair to dry. I welcome questions! It's no problem at all!
