Though most of her career she's been in the shadow of her wildly popular sister Beyonce, in my opinion Solange came into her own in the fall of 2009 when she decided to go natural. The day after her natural picture hit the internet, she was the #3 trending topic on twitter. She stated at that time in her life, she just wanted to focus her time, energy, and money on something other than spending her time in a salon. Since 2009 Solange has been seen rocking her own natural hair and other fabulous natural styles using braids, natural hair weaves and hair pieces. Check out the photos below.
